From all the other Torquay Hotels, guest houses and Torquay Bed & Breakfast accommodation we must be in one of the best positions as a base to see Torquay and the English Riviera.

This Guest House is within easy walking distance to the beach, town and Torquay harbour with a picturesque marina, also the Riviera Conference Centre and the Princess Theatre. Buses and the Train Station are nearby. The thatched cottage village of Cockington is also close by as is Agatha Christie's home Greenway House.

Grosvenor House is run by a Christian couple, Nigel and Angela Pearce who are active members of Upton Vale Baptist Church. We are here to look after you during your stay in Torquay.
